DVC does not use cookies for collecting user information from the site and will not collect any information about you except that required for system administration of the web server. Licence terms

The DocTo product is available on the terms below. By requesting a download of the DocTo product you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

  1. The intellectual property of the product and the copyright of the product remain the sole property of the author of the product.
  2. You are granted a licence for the use of the product only.
  3. An individual licence is for the exclusive use of the individual to whom the licence is granted, and is for use on a single computer.
  4. A corporate licence is for the exclusive use of the organisation to which the licence is granted, and is for use on up to ten computers.
  5. You may use the product on the computers for which you have licensed it, and you may make additional copies of the product to be used only for backup or archival purposes. You may not otherwise copy or modify the product.
  6. The licence may not be transferred.
  7. The licence may be revoked by the licensor at any time.
  8. No warranty or indemnity is given or implied by the licensor.
  9. You may not access the source code of the product.
  10. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the product.
  11. You will at all times comply with, and will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent, any of the restrictions in these terms.
  12. Use of the product other than as specifically granted in these terms is a breach of the licence.
  13. If any provision of these terms is subsequently held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court or other authority, such invalidity or unenforceability shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these terms.
  14. Neither party’s waiver of any breach or failure to enforce any of the provision of these terms at any time shall in any way affect, limit or waive such party’s right thereafter to enforce and compel strict compliance with every other provision.
